rogacki.ai collects only the context needed to assess fit for an advisory call. Please do not send sensitive documents through the public website.
What is processed
Inquiry details may include name, company, role, email, decision context, deadlines, and high-level descriptions of AI systems, vendors, workflows, or available artifacts.
Voice intake
The voice intake guide runs in the browser. Speech recognition and speech output depend on the browser and operating system. The website does not submit the draft until you choose to send the email.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to assess fit, respond to inquiries, prepare calls, and keep a minimal business record. Unqualified inquiries are normally deleted within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for legitimate business reasons.
Scheduling tools
If an external scheduling link is enabled later, the scheduler may process the information you enter there under its own terms. No scheduler is embedded on this site at launch.
